Help make the Europe Center grow!

I Grow EC! is for friends from around the world who want to give regular financial support for the running and development of our beautiful Europe Center. It is similar to local sangha membership, only international, like the whole EC.

How It Works

It’s as easy as supporting your local Diamond Way Center.

A steady flow of small but regular donations is crucial for any center’s growth and development. Our members pay a desired monthly amount and their donations are used to cover the day-to-day expenses of the Europe Center’s non-residential rooms, e.g. gas, water and electricity bills and also construction costs.

Donations vary, friends give 15, 20, 30, 50 or even 108 EUR per month but anything starting from 10 EUR is great. Our dream is to use a surplus from I Grow EC! to help to finance the new Gompa in the future. Information about how the money is used will be sent to members once a year.

Please note that I Grow EC! project is for long-term regular donations only. One-time donation are welcomed to the main EC account.

Joining Is Easy!

first register here, it takes around 2 minutes
then choose a payment method - a standing order with your bank, credit card or cash (see below),
and get your EC Growers Kit - something fashionable to show you are an EC supporter and to help spread the idea (see bellow).

Ways To Pay

The I Grow EC! bank account is located in a German bank. In countries where direct bank transfer to Germany is too expensive, we try to provide a local bank account to avoid the individual transfer fees. Please use what works best for you:

Set up a standing order to the main I Grow EC! account in Germany
Set up a standing order to a local bank account in your country - your money will be transferred to the EC together with other friends’ payments.
Credit card payment - provided by the U.S. sangha (thanks!) but should work elsewhere.
Pay the whole year in one go either to a bank account or in cash on a course or in the EC, if nothing else works for you.

We kindly ask to send the regular monthly payment by the 20th of each month.

Tax Deduction

If you ask for tax deduction receipt while registering, we forward your request to your local DW organization. They should send it to you on paper by normal mail usually between January and April. Otherwise, contact you local DW organization finance department.

EC Growers Kit

When registering on EC Summer Course at our stand, new members were offered so-called EC Growers Kit to spread further the idea and show their support (in 2008 it was a fine t-shirt). If you register online during the year, you can get it the next time you come to the EC.
